25yearsmore Team members are committed to addressing the social need and challenges of the generation between 50-65 years of age. Each founder has his or her own story to tell. While addressing their own challenges, they realized that there was a global problem that needed to be solved.

Naveen Bhat

Naveen is an adventurer, author, and entrepreneur passionate about Life 2.0 transitions. He's summited 17 mountains, co-authored a book on relationships, and founded 25yearsmore to support retirees in finding purpose. With 35 years of global corporate experience, Naveen has led organizations to growth, focusing on marketing and sales. He's also a serial angel investor and holds a Ph.D. in AI and Machine Learning from the University of Maryland.

Mousumi Bhat

Dr. Mousumi Bhat, a semiconductor engineer with 27 years of industry experience, reinvented herself at 54. After four certifications from Cambridge, she switched to leading sustainability in non-profits. With degrees from IIT, University of Maryland, MIT, and UT Austin, she now pursues climate justice while enjoying outdoor activities and inspiring others' life transitions.

Soma Mohanty Garg

At 50, Soma embraced Life 2.0 by relocating to Amsterdam, discovering global citizenship and spiritual renewal. With 30+ years in HR and leadership, she's passionate about guiding others through life transitions. Soma balances her professional expertise as a chemical engineer and MBA with personal growth through spirituality, music, writing, and travel. She believes in letting life lead and is committed to supporting others on their journeys.

Andrew Chow

Andrew Chow's diverse career encompasses Generative AI, angel investing, social media strategy, public relations, speaking, and authorship. He's developed over 1000 AI applications, invests in Digital Economy and Food Securities across ASEAN, China, and India, and founded Singapore's Best Personal Branding Award. A Certified Speaking Professional, Andrew has addressed 100,000+ people in 20+ countries and authored best-selling books. His 37-year career includes collaborations with major corporations and frequent media appearances.

Piyush Mehta

Piyush dedicates his Life 2.0 to social impact, supporting NGOs in India and Bali. He helps with education, clean water, and local product development. An avid golfer and traveler, Piyush balances social work with personal interests. His professional background spans three decades in Technology Sales across the US, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He's been involved with Asian startups and founded a BPO in India. Piyush holds a Master's in International Business and degrees in Business and Information Systems.

Ravichandran Somu

Ravi is a multifaceted professional transitioning into Life 2.0 as a Technology Executive, Author, Speaker, and Traveler. He's actively involved in rural education and environmental projects in India, founding Paathai Trust and co-founding Team AIMS Trust. Ravi has authored articles and books in English, Tamil and is a motivational speaker. His professional background includes senior technology leadership roles across Asia Pacific and the USA. Ravi holds a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication and an MBA.

Bala Ganesh Anandan

Bala, A systems thinker, he has worked across multiple countries setting the technology that drives the organizations.A technical and business leader with management experience, he heads large Enterprise solutions groups and Sales engineering. The backbone for many product and solutions design, he is the strong silent voice behind the chatter that puts a phenomenal product that users swear by. When he is not looking for developers that meet his standards- which is a group of people who can not only do development work, but have a creative talent of writing, editing, design and solutioning, he is trying to find his perfect home across multiple countries, pushing boundaries of working from anywhere.

Sandy Ong

Sandy, 42, is embarking on 'Life 2.0', seeking deeper purpose and social impact. With over a decade in IT, she is passionate about AI’s transformative potential. Beyond tech, she is a dedicated animal advocate and rescuer. Her interests also span music and investments, including stocks, forex, real estate, crypto, and private ventures.

Julie Lazo

A highly organized and results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in executive assistance, sales coordination, office management, and project administration. Skilled in managing executive schedules, supporting leadership teams, and optimizing business operations. Proven expertise in organizing complex events, handling high-level projects, and improving processes. Known for strong leadership, excellent communication, and technical proficiency in managing cross-functional tasks across global organizations.

Dan is a Lecturer at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and Department of Theatre and Performance Studies. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in Creativity, Innovation, Storytelling, Leadership, Design Thinking, and Improvisation. Dan's work spans globally, collaborating with major corporations like Google, Meta, Apple, and Netflix. His expertise bridges academic knowledge with practical application in various industries.

Dr. Suresh Kumar

Dr. Suresh is an anesthesiologist practicing in the USA and an angel investor focusing on Texas-based startups. He's passionate about fitness, reverse aging, and scuba diving. An avid traveler and Ferrari enthusiast, Dr. Suresh balances his professional life with diverse interests. He's committed to family values and philanthropy, particularly in education and equal rights. His multifaceted approach to life reflects a dedication to personal growth and societal betterment.

Jayesh A. Parekh

Jayesh co-founded Sony Entertainment Television and has been a Managing Partner for Jungle Ventures Fund. Currently, he leads the Good Protein Fund, investing in Alternative Protein startups. Jayesh serves on the Advisory Board of Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital, supporting free cataract surgeries. He holds a master's in electrical engineering and is the author of "What Shall We Do with All This Money?" His career combines entrepreneurship, investment, and philanthropy

Rajan Rajagopal

Rajan is a semiconductor professional with 25+ years of global experience. As CEO of Zero-Error Systems, he focuses on radiation-hardened semiconductors. Rajan is also an angel investor and startup advisor. With four patents and numerous publications, he holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and the University of Maine. A US citizen and Singapore PR, Rajan brings extensive expertise to the semiconductor industry.

Puneet Pushkarna

Puneet Pushkarna is General Partner of Solmark, a Private Equity fund created by tech entrepreneurs. Solmark focuses on FinTech, Business Platforms, Cloud Technologies, Analytics, Data Management, MedTech, and Customer Experience Management. Pushkarna serves on several boards, including IIM Nagpur's Board of Governors and SMART's Innovation/Ignition Grant Advisory Board. He's also significantly involved with TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), a global entrepreneur network, holding the position of Chairman Emeritus of TiE Singapore. His expertise spans various aspects of growing companies in the global marketplace.
